Gulf Construction Subscription Terms and Conditions

Subscription to Gulf Construction is available for a period of one or two years and covers both the printed and online version.
Subscription starts upon receipt of payment and is valid for the paid subscription period (i.e. one year or two years).
Subscription can not be cancelled. No refunds will be made.
In case of interruption of subscription for whatever cause, the subscription will not be extended to compensate for loss time.
Though Al Hilal Group endeavours to provide best service to its online subscribers, Al Hilal Group nor its service providers cannot guarantee and therefore cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by technical faults or other reasons beyond their control including but not limited to force majeure, systems breakdown, faulty line connection, etc.
Al Hilal Group reserves the right to take any action including cancellation of subscription should it be proven that a subscriber allows unauthorised access to the online edition of the magazine to unauthorised users.
Should any legal suit arise out of the magazine subscription for whatever cause, the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have jurisdiction over the legal case.
